installed nopCommerce 3.30 but the admin panel not displaying correctly

Hi, I have just installed nopCommerce 3.30 on my GoDaddy server Now the front page which is showing all the sample data looks great. Then I login to the admin panel and it looks like all the css is screwed up. I see everything as a great long list I have included 2 images to show what I mean.

I am hoping someone can tell me if its down to just a bad install and needs to be reinstalled or is there a fix I can do. I have tried this using 2 browsers IE and Chrome it is the same using both.
I have read the FAQ but nothing there relates to my question.

Hi Nige,

Check your Network tab in browser console window.

Probably, some of files(css/js) has not loaded properly.

Hi I checked that out but was not showing any issues. I have reinstalled this 3 times now but still no joy. Anyone have any other ideas for me?
