is it possible to change the display order of the lines in the compare products list ?

When you add  a product to the compare list you end up having a table containing all the products you want to compare, in this table can i change the order of the titles for example put the description first then the name of product...

Sure, just change /Views/Product/CompareProducts.cshtml. Also see this link on the proper way to update Views. :)
