Disable shipping address for certain customers during checkout

Just wondering if anyone has already already done this and can suggest the easiest way to achieve it.
We have trade customers who shouldn't be able to amend the shipping address during check out (to stop them drop shipping).
All the trade customers are part of a "trade" role in nop so thinking of doing it that way but not 100% sure.... any suggestions would be great.
