Register a purchased product within customer account page

Hi,

I'm running a nopCommerce store v3.7. Just wondering if there is either a pre-built in option or plugin, where a customer can register their purchased product within the account pages. We have warranties along with a lot of the products on the site, currently we send out a form to fill in to activate the warranty, would be easier for the customer to activate and manage the products and warranties bought from the nopCommerce site. Any suggestions or help would be much appreciated.
