Importing Attributes / Tabs / Related Items from Excel

I am relatively new to NOPCommerce, I have worked primarily with Shopify / Yahoo / Big eCommerce. I am building a new store with over 1500 products. In other applications i have been able to define Specification Attributes, related items, and add-ons in the working product spreadsheet and upload them in bulk into the database. Same with product tabs as each product needs its own custom tab for features and dimensions. We are a furniture site and need to be able to allow the customer to view details, and filter by a variety of specifications.

Can i upload these values or do i need to continue building them product by product? We are using version NOP version 3.8.
