Is it possible to edit shipping address after order completed ? We see the all orders on the order history and also see order details. And we want enable 'edit shipping address' , by the way customer can change the shipping address for already ordered orders.

Not supported out of the box in nopCommerce. You can customize its pretty easy.

The admin can change the shipping address:  Order > Shipping Info Tab > Shipping Address section > Edit button.
But, the customer cannot change it.
