IIS 7 and Core Deploy

I just tried to deploy 4.00 to my Windows 2008 R2 server and i'm getting:

An error occurred while starting the application.

.NET Framework 4.7.2117.0 X86 v4.0.0.0    |   Microsoft.AspNetCore.Hosting version 2.0.0-rtm-26452    |    Microsoft Windows 6.1.7601 S    |   Need help?


I searched the forums but it says "give iusr permissions to plugin folder". It already has permissions.

Thoughts?

Figured it out. In my web.config i set stdoutLogEnabled="true" and i was able to see the log. I had a malformed "db" connection. I fixed it and am up now :)
