Performance problem after Meltdown and Spectre update on the VPS

We have get performance problem after the physical server and our VPS have been updated.
The reason for the update was the (Meltdown and Spectre)

This was the information from our hosting partner.

After this update we get load time about 3-5 sec.
Normaly we had about 0,5-1,5 sec

When test following site with speedtest insight:
https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights/?hl=en&url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.elsag.dk%2Femc-rfi-filter-nf-k-7&tab=mobile

We get very bad result.

Our hosting partner say that the server run fine.

Have somebody the same problem ?

The server is:
Windows Server 2012 R2
