I have two questions about tax display.
1. Is there a way to show prices without tax as default (when I choose to let customers choose tax display type in admin the site always defaults to prices inc tax). I noticed I can change display type for each user group but is there another setting I am missing somewhere?
2. Is there a way to change tax display type in the order confirmation e-mails? I would like all e-mail confirmations to show prices without tax no matter what setting the user has choosen on the site. Is there a setting or do I have to change the sourcecode to make this work? (where can I find the code that handles this)
