One page checkout "Loading next step"

When attempting to checkout on nopcommerce 3.90 One Page Checkout, after inputting the shipping and billing address,  the page hangs on loading next step. The payment methods are active. I am not sure what is the cause of the problem since no error comes up in the logs.

It could be JavaScript error. Try to debug using Chrome Developer Tools.
