NOP COMMERCE 3.20 HOW DO WE UPGRADE

We are using Nop Commerce on a ecommerce website How do we upgrade to the latest version.
Can Nop commerce upgrade website or can you recomment any one to upgrade our website for us.

If you have not done any custom development, then upgrading is not that difficult:

You just need to have a SQL tool (like SSMS) to apply the upgrade SQL script for each version in sequence.  (Be sure to backup your database first, or better, create a new database from the backup, and do the upgrade on the new database)
