How to disable purchasing module?

Hi there,

Is there a way I could disable the entire purchasing functionality? I'd like people to be able to browse products, manufacturers and prices, but just not able to actually buy them (no Add To Cart functionality).

Any ideas?

You can disable registration from admin--> Configuration --> Golabl Settings --> Other and check Hide prices for non-registered customers option. That should work. I am not sure but you may want to try...
