Site freezes up after 4.1 upgrade

No luck with the trace flag.  The problem has occurred a few times this morning so far; and SQL logs are clean.

One other thing we noticed today; is that this seems to be happening almost every 60 minutes (give or take 15).

Seems like there might be a scheduled task running every 60 minutes.  Can you see if there is one, then disable it, restart your app and see if the issue continues?

Going to give this a try this morning.  Turned off the scheduled task for Update currency exchange rates (3600 seconds) and Delete guests (600 seconds).  Kept the Send Email (300) and Keep Alive (60) ones on.

Seems like it bought us a little time; but the issue cropped up again after roughly an hour and 45 minutes.
