Installing and Configurating darkOrange Template to Run on PC

Hi,

Does any know if NopCommerce can be installed and configured to run locally on the PC. I am trying to set up a development machine to run NopCommerce template on my PC. Where do I start?

Thanks! I just want to set my pc up as a developer machine.

Another idea is to create a virtual machine.
In this virtual machine installs a Windows, SQL Express, IIS, nopcommerce and VS 2010 to modify nopcommerce
