How to Rename the Category in the Treeview Section

I would like to rename "Manufacturers" under the treeview section to "Brands" (the vertical navigation on the left side). Does anyone have some tips?

Is there a way I can add the word "Full Name" next to the fullnameBox in the Contact page?

I would like to set up something like:

Full Name: TEXTBOXTEXTBOXTEXTBOX

Email: TEXTBOXTEXTBOXTEXTBOX

Message: TEXTBOXTEXTBOXTEXTBOX

There are 3 fields in the Contact page but it's hard for users to know what the first box & second are especially for, although the 3rd box is self-explanatory which is for the message.
