Downloadable product: HttpException: Request timed out

Hi, we got download failure while clients are downloading purchased products, which is fatal...
log:
   Exception: System.Web.HttpException: Request timed out.

This constantly happens for big zip file (11MB) with clients mainly accessing from other continents.

Which parameter shall we check?
Timeout in  ConnectionStrings.config seems timeout for uploading....

i personally would suggest changing your code to store digital products and downloads in files and not in the db.

I guess it means using "Use download URL:".
I will try and test... (it seems not allowing local disk C:/ style since it need to be url. I will chat with our admin on how to set url only accessible by nopCommerce software but not from general users ;-) ) tnx
