admin login issue

I am having problems with nop commerce on my site I keep getting kicked out when I try to change the admin user and password.
any help is great..

nopCommerce uses authentication cookie in order to know whether a user (customer) is logged-in. When you change your admin user email (or username when this feature is enabled), your authentication cookie should be also changed in order to keep you logged-in. But this cookie is set only when you're logging-in. So simply login one more time using new credentials.
