No Longer Receiving PayPal Receipts from Sales

Until recently, about two weeks ago, every PAID purchase generated a PayPal receipt Email to the Store Manager for verification and Order Processing.
We are still getting the Email that a purchase has been paid, but we are no longer receiving the PayPal generated Receipt itself.  Could this be a PayPal issue?
How do I troubleshoot this issue to repair the PayPal Receipt Email ?

What was the FROM email address?   @PayPal.com  ?   if so, then it's likely something in your PayPal configuration;  speak with PayPal tech support.
