New version not working

Just downloaded a new project file from the website i.e. "nopCommerce_4.20_Source.rar"
but I could not even extract this file. It's keep saying "No archive found", I tried after multiple downloads but the error is same.

Please let me know the file is correct or not, if it's not correct then please provide the correct project file.

Or use latest version of 7-Zip.
(and in any case, Unblock the downloaded file before extracting)
