Website is slow

Hello,
I have hosted my website via winhost.com. Not sure why my page takes forever to load.
It was way worst till I change debug=false in web.config file but still it still takes lots of time to load.
My website is www.foxzon.com

any help would be appreciated.

Yeah it is slow. Change your hosting company.

How can we just tell its hosting company as I have another website as well that works just fine...

Ask them what the server specs are and post them here

I agree, website is absolutely slow, although I have a dedicated server (quad-core with 12gb ram and SAS disks with unlimited band over fier WAN). Other sites run as Yahoo does. Particularly during order proccessing it hungs sometimes for ever.
Why?

Have you thought about implementing tracing to see some of the data?  Also, you may want to look at YSlow to get some more information:
