How can I do register forms for individual and b2b clients.
Individual Clients shouldn't have fields Company Name and Vat
B2b Clients  should have fields Company Name and Vat

I want to have 2 different forms, can i do this by clients roles?

Not sure what you mean - if they are not registered then they dont have a role ?
Yes you could customise and setup a different form or
just dont display the fields not required via a url parameter

Register as B2B Client - Click Here (goes to the same page with a parameter) &B2B=True
