images problem nop com 4.10

Hello,
I have this odd problem. I have an ERP programme called Softone + e-shop Connector. Lately when i add 1 image at Softone and a few more at NopCommerce it replaces the one that softone has with the others and the product has the same image twice or more times...

I'm not aware of any SoftOne plugin for nopcommerce. If it's a 3rd party developed plugin, then you probably need to contact the vendor/developer.
