WebAPI plugin error after the install.

I am currently using the NopCommerce Application version 4.2, but now I faceing a problem for showing the proper error message. When do I add webApi 4.2 plugin. After that showing the error message.

Duplicate 'Content' items were included. The .NET SDK includes 'Content' items from your project directory by default
