admin portal --> customer ->new address validation issue

admin-> customer -> customer -> edit one customer click on add new address --> here whithout giving  address info -> click on save button,  empty address is saved even every fieldis empty and  have required field  like name,country. in nopcommerce v4.5 validation is firing but nopcommerce 6.0 validation is not firing it accept empty address

Yes iam facing the same issue the values it's taking empty address.can anyone help me out of these issue in 4.5 version its working fine.
