I am seeing this on site from time to time. Can any one let  me know exactly what this means.?

Check your Admin > Stores.
Be sure the URL has https:// prefix (or http:// if not using SSL) and a "/" suffix - e.g.,
  https://yourstore.com/

And also check your HOST values, e.g.
   yourstore.com,www.yourstore.com
www.noptools.com
