PayPal Commerce Ideal payment issue

Hello,
I have a problem with the paypal plugin when a customer buys through Paypal IDEAL payment method. Customer wanted to pay by Ideal.  He did, but system keep hanging on the paypal page and did not go to the end of the order.
Is there any additional configuration required for Ideal payments with the PayPal plugin? Has anyone else encountered a similar problem or successfully configured Ideal payments with PayPal Commerce?

If the customer is transferred from your checkout page to the PayPal page to confirm the purchase and hangs there, then it may be best if you contact PayPal support.
