Paypal Commerce error and button not showing on Checkout

I have the PayPal commerce plugin setup and configured against the sandbox. Configuration looks good and works, no errors.
Only one payment option is configured and nothing shows for Paypal.
On the checkout page there are Javascript errors and i cannot figure out why.

What theme are you using? Any third-party plugins or customizations?
It's correctly working on a clean installation.

I've made my own theme but its only lightly customised but does include other css and javascript. Only plugins are what come bundled.

I've stripped out most of the custom JS.

Also worth noting that i'm publishing from source code to Azure.

All sorted. Removed Plugin, cleared cache, re-installed again and its working.
