Great Plug-in. AWESOME support!

We really wanted to give this plug-in a trial, but we couldn't get it to work when we put it on our nopCommerce site (user error!). FoxNetSoft was awesome and let us know just how to fix the issue on our web site (twice!). Now, the plug-in is working beautifully, and it is thanks to the awesome support behind it.

Excellent

The Plugin works nicely. FoxNetSoft provided fast and efficient support helping to resolve a minor issue on Nop 4.3 (with payment receipts not going out from Stripe). I have other plugins from FoxNetSoft and can confirm they consistently offer excellent support. This support provides peace of mind to continue to recommend and use their plugins on various new projects.

Solid component

Component works great. Developer provided support insight to point towards an issue with custom code not getting called when an order used payment from this plugin vs their Paypal plugin.

Very fast and good support. Issue was solved in a day!

I am very happy with Stripe Direct Payment. We had an issue at the beginning, but it was solved in a couple of hours! Also the functionality, as far as I can tell, is very good and stable!

Excellent support. Product works perfectly

We had our site setup uniquely and were having some issues with guest checkout (our issue not theirs). They patiently worked with us, collected information and provided us with a quick solution to get our site up and processing payments. They definitely went above and beyond in supporting us.

This company gives an excellent support on all the Plugins. And the response time is excellent. They even try to help you and guide you on the best practices.
