I would like to know if it is possible to:
1. Use decimal order quantities
or
2. Set a minimum order quantity on an item (eg. min 5)

The default order setting for ALL customers would minimum of 3, but if the customer belonged to a specific role, the minimum quantity order setting would be removed or changed to 1.
