Nopcommerce Among Top 5 Web Apps on Microsoft's Web App Gallery

Nopcommerce is in good company with names like DotNetNuke, WordPress, Umbraco, and mojoPortal rounding out the top five. All of the other top five apps are CMS platforms, that makes Nopcommerce the best e-commerce platform!

Note: when you go to http://www.microsoft.com/web/gallery/  make sure you select language as English because some languages do not show all the 5 applications

Already 196,556 Downloads and this numbers only from Microsoft. Great!

If you go by the order they appear on the page, Nopcommerce is the fourth most popular and the third highest rated... and still the only e-commerce app listed for any section (newest being the third and final section). This is out of ALL apps. Okay, mojoPortal IS listed in the e-commerce category, but it is mainly a CMS (e-commerce is the last feature listed in their description).

Nopcommerce rules the e-commerce category with most popular, most downloads, and highest rated of the nine apps listed for e-commerce. Should there even be other ones listed?

I'm evaluating nopCommerce in order to use it for the ecommerce module of our ERP which will be used for lots of our customers websites. The only thing I miss is a tool for generating skins for nopCommerce as Aristeer does for other solutions.
Please support it on the Artisteer forum.

Is not possible you contact with Aristeer for easing them the task of creating an export to nopCommerce? Maybe you can approach the current skin definition to something similiar to other definitions they currently support.

The business of design and develop webs currently is in the hands of graphic designers, if you don't put them easy to create skins to your platform it will be more difficult they choose your platform
