Help nopCommerce team to localize the installation page (46 resources)

Today I've localized the installation page. Now a store owner can choose a preferred language for the installation process. Currently, there are only two languages: English and Russian.

Please share language packs for your languages (it has only 46 resources so it won't take much time). All contributed packages will be included in the upcoming version 2.60.

Instructions:
1. Copy existing "installation" English language pack(/Add_Data/Localization/installation.en.xml file).
2. Rename file name to installation.{your_language_code_here}.xml
3. Open and translate it.
4. Set the "Name" attribute of the root <Language> element to your language name (as it's written in your language). For example, for the Russian language pack its name is "Русский" (and not "Russian").
5. Ensure that the "IsDefault" attribute of the root <Language> element is set to "false" (only "English" has it set to "true").
6. Set the "IsRightToLeft" attribute of of the root <Language> element is set to "true" if your language is RTL (right-to-left), such as Arabic or Hebrew.
7. Important: Ensure that the file encoding is set to UTF-8 (not ANSI).
8. Upload it to any free file sharing hosting and share a link here.

P.S. Before getting started have a look at the latest version of nopCommerce to ensure that nobody else already contributed a language pack for your language. But you're always welcome to check spelling for existing language packs
