Bosanski (Bosnian)
http://www.mushroomslook.com/Installation/installation.bs-Latn-BA.xml
Both are characterized by Bosnian. There are small differences between languages.

Hrvatski (Croatian)
http://www.mushroomslook.com/Installation/installation.hr-HR.xml

Thanks a lot. But all language names are the same (Bosanski). Users won't be able to distinguish between them. Could you please add more description to them. Also please ensure that the "IsDefault" attribute of the root <Language> element is set to "false"

As I wrote
Bosnian with extension hr-BA is a language they speak Croats in Bosnia. Still call it Bosnian Croatian.
Bosnian with extension bs-Latn-BA is a language they speak mostly Muslims. Still call it Bošnjački.
Bosnian with extension sr-Latn-BA is a language they speak Serbs in Bosnia. Still call it Bosnian Serbs.
and Bosnian with extension sr-Cyrl-BA is a language they speak Serbs in Bosnia Cyrillic writing. Still call it Bosnian Serbs too.
All are official languages and are called Bosnia. (Bosanski).
My suggestion is to leave two language for Bosnia bs-Latn-BA and bs-Cyrl-BA.(Name:"Bosanski latinica" i Name:*"Bosanski čirilica")
*writen in Cyrillic
One Latin and second Cyrillic.
All listed are 99% the same, with small differences (different accent or some word).
All are listed in the list of languages in Nopcommerce.

Third is the Croatian (Hrvatski) from Croatian state. I corrected name.

I wrote to Serbian Bosnian, Serbian Serbian and Serbian Monte Negro, but I¨m not hendy with Cyrillic keyboard.
Is similar 99% but is written in Cyrillic.

Correction:

I got it. But both installation.hr-BA.xml and installation.bs-Latn-BA.xml files have the same "Name" attribute of the "Language" element. It means that when a store owner opens dropdownlist on the installation page, he'll see two absolutely the same elements ("Bosanski"). Could you please rename them so we can distinguish between them. One of them will be "Bosanski latinica", the other one "Bosanski čirilica" (I can do it myself, but not 100% sure that it'll be correct). This is what I meant.

And I'm a bit confused with http://www.mushroomslook.com/Installation/installation.hr-BA.xml and http://www.mushroomslook.com/Installation/installation.hr-HR.xml files. They're absolutely the same (except language name) according to WinMerge. Should they be the same? If yes, I'm sure only one language will be enough.

Exactly. Languages are the same, states are different.
It is proposed to be:

Bosanski-Latinica
http://www.mushroomslook.com/Installation/installation.bs-Latn-BA.xml

Hrvatski
http://www.mushroomslook.com/Installation/installation.hr-HR.xml

Bosanski-Čirilica (Bosnian Cyrillic) for some other time. Im not skillful writing Cyrillic with keyboard)

Urdu (اردو) pack:
http://filepost.com/files/67ec5f2c/installation.ur.xml/

I have set the RTL option to true but the RTL isn't working. Urdu is more like arabic.
Plus the font is too small don't know how that can be fixed. I did save it in UTF-8 encoding but in case of any problems feel free to contact me...

Thanks a lot. But what exactly doesn't work (it looks fine in my browsers)? I presume that you aren't using the latest version (http://nopcommerce.codeplex.com/SourceControl/list/changesets) (RTL support was added just yesterday)

Yes, sorry you are right I was using an old version. It works perfectly in the latest version.

With RTL a few things broke which I have corrected and below is latest file.
