Two line for text for a product

I would like to have the option to have more than one textbox for the customers to write in when they order a product.
For exampel i have product where i would love my customers to write in textfield 1 what text they want on front of their product and i would like them to write in textfield 2 what they want for the backside of the product.

Would this be possible to do, know or in the future?
