NC 1.90 is able to restrict access to specific customer roles.
But how to restrict access to products?
They remain accessible on details pages and through search.
Has anyone ever tried an implementation?

nop is currently not equipped or build for this.
We have done some modifications to the nop factories to make sure that certain products would only show up if a certain user role was selected. But be carefull with this, since the same factories are used by the administration part of nop. In our solution we have duplicated some of the routines in the product(variant) factories.
