USPS Shipping Estimate Error--solved

So when I test shipping I get a line under shipping method that is all code and jibberish. Is there something I need to change in shipping options (Configuration Template Path) as to where I am pointing at to get prices from the USPS production site?

They sent me 2 urls when they made my acct active.

I have the proper URL but get this when querying.

USPS Express Mail<sup>®</sup> ($15.25)  
USPS Priority Mail<sup>®</sup> ($5.10)  
USPS Parcel Post<sup>®</sup> ($5.10)
