Using Urlrewritingnet and IIS's URLRewrite module side by side?

NC 1.90 uses urlrewritingnet (with rules in UrlRewriting.config) to deal with SEO.
I'd like to use the IIS's URL Rewrite module on my IIS 7.5 (http://www.iis.net/download/URLRewrite) too.
It seems a convenient tool and provides a GUI integrated in IIS to edit rules. I'll need it to migrate several old paths from a previous site (not in .NET) to NC's paths.

I'd like to know if some of you have already attempted this "cohabitation". ;)

I have done this, although it was not with nopCommerce, but for a custom CMS which we built for a client.
We used IIS 7 rewrite to redirect the old URL's to the relevent new pages and it worked very well with no problems.
