Tax display issue

we find strange issue with tax settings. If I set fixed rate tax and Tax display type: Including Tax

I get incorect totals in checkout page:

Let's take product price $130.12 incl tax
if I go to checkout I will see:

Sub-total: $130.12 incl tax
Tax: $21.69
Total: $130.12

In our opinion this is wrong because next to sub-total I want to see the price "excl tax" not "incl tax"

Sub-total: $108.43 incl tax
Tax: $21.69
Total: $130.12

If I set Tax display type: Excluding Tax then we will get right details in totals but all prices will be shown "excl tax"

I agree with you.  I would also want the numbers to display this way.
