We are headquartered in the United States, warehousing and logistics in the U.S., so we want the United States Postal Service, I set the background to our website to provide a test of your server, user name, password. But in the front shopping cart Shipping rates calculated error,I checked the program, if no errors. I want to know whether my application for an inquiry user api error or the wrong version。thank you very much!

How to apply for usps the inquiry apis and rate?
