Default.aspx page not loading properly

Hi

I ahve successfully installed the nopcommerce to my windows server 2003 with IIS6. but once I browse then the default page not displaying properly. my site is order.mashvoip.com. if you browse you will have a look on my page. all the control are broken and default theme is not loaded.

Please suggest me what I have done wrong.

It seems that your css file is missing.

Did you make any changes in the code?

No I have not changed anything. just downlaod nop 1.9 and install that according to instruction.

Going directly to the css file I get this error

http://order.mashvoip.com/App_Themes/darkOrange/styles.css

You are not authorized to view this page

You do not have permission to view this directory or page due to the access control list (ACL) that is configured for this resource on the Web server.

Try to set Read/write permissions for App_Themes folder.
