aspnethosting.co.uk Email Error

I get this error when I try to use email with nopcommerce 1.9 with aspnethosting.co.uk.

Mailbox unavailable. The server response was: 5.7.0 Need to authenticate via POP3 first

I need a solution to this ASAP and their customer support was no help.

Apart from the password (of course) - what details are you giving it? I use them and have never had any issues.
