1. Javascript Error in IE when saving in Admin

Error: '$.validator.methods[...]' is null or not an object

2.

Not able to add new Picture to product in admin. "Add New Product" button not activated - just a text

I just downloaded about 2 hrs ago.

1. What page/entity are trying to save?
2. You need Adobe Flash installed in order to upload pictures
