1.9 ApplicationServices installation error

Hi,

When installing nopcommerce 1.9 on a SQL Server 2008 box with asp.net 4.0 and running install.aspx I get the following error -
The connection name 'ApplicationServices' was not found in the applications configuration or the connection string is empty.

Could you please let me know how to get round this as I cannot continue the installation for the client.
