Shipping multible items fix.....

I am curious why nop did not use the fix on this site that claims to have fixed a issue that calculates ups rates incorrectly when shipping multible items.

Here is the page I found on a programmers site with the fix.

It was fixed in 2.00 BETA

Yikes!!!.... Im a newbe to nop.... Beta is scary to me... How long has it been out in beta?
