No configuration is shown the method of calculating shipping

Hello:

I have installed version 1.50 of NopCommerce and I am adding a new method of calculating shipping. Locally works fine, but when I put it on the server hosting the website does not shows me the contents of the "ascx file" on the configuration of the method. I tried copying the files of the methods NopCommerce has by default in the folder of my method and displayed in the server correctly.
