2.0 - storing images in db vs. filesystem

I remember seeing somewhere that 2.0 allows you to either store images in the database (as in previous versions) or alternatively save them in the file system.  I am working on a large catalogue and it would be more practical to go with the latter method.  Where is this setting controlled?

Go to Admin section > Configuration > Setting > Media Settings

1st Option " Pictures are stored into...: " database CHANGE
