CS0433 error in nopcommerce 1.9 in .net4

when I view a product, I encounter this error message:

Compiler Error Message: CS0433: The type 'ASP.modules_productemailafriendbutton_ascx' exists in both 'c:\windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v4.0.30319\Temporary ASP.NET Files\root\23c7208d\b57483d6\App_Web_1oubxvly.dll' and 'c:\windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v4.0.30319\Temporary ASP.NET Files\root\23c7208d\b57483d6\App_Web_4unkcw5k.dll'

no source code has been changed.
why does this happen and what is the solution?

Try Clean Solution first and then Rebuild Solution.

it was deployed, and just stopped working and I don't know why.
but it's now fixed by re-copying the assembly for productemailafriendbutton that is nopcommercestore.dll to the server.
