PayPal Clarification Help - Version and 10501 Error Code.

Hello All,
I think there have been a number of posts around PayPal but still trying to get clarification on the correct version.  I also want to get clarificaiton on an error message I continue to get.

1.) What version is needed for v1.9?  WebSite Payment Standard or  WebSite Payment Pro?
2.) How have people resolved the error "LongMessage: This transaction cannot be processed due to an invalid merchant configuration. ShortMessage: Invalid Configuration ErrorCode: 10501"?

Currently, I signed up for the Website Payment Standard.  I was able to get all of the API information and have entered that into the Configuration portion within the NopCommerce Admin Module.
