Installed 2.0 using platform installer. How do I set up the source code?

Hi All,

I used Microsoft's platform installer to install my first 2.0 nopCommerce site. Now I want to use the source code to make changes. The site is already installed and the database is configured. If I run the source project, I can't get past the install page.

Should I scrap everything and install it from the source project?
I noticed there are a lot more files in the presentation section as compared to what the platform installer sends up. Can I publish the site using FTP from the project source?
