2.0, keep image path as /images instead of /content/images?

see topic - any recommendations on a way to do this, or if it might be a bad idea (ie, potential bad repercussions from it?) id like to keep the image urls the same as my olders version, as the current ones are already indexed in google... plus I like to keep the path a bit shorter. TIA

Interesting. I'm not sure it can be done though !

In MVC3, I've always seen the images folder inside the Content folder.

ill research and report. worst case ill add a rule to the IIS rewriter, but that would be a kinda dirty solution.

1. Open \Libraries\Nop.Services\Media\PictureService.cs file
2. Search for 'content' keyword (for example, "content\\images\\thumbs" on line 561)
3. Remove 'content\\' or 'content/'

P.S. Don't forget to create new /images directory
