Multiple Emails being sent when Promotion / Campaign Feature is Used

I have nopcommece 1.2 running on my web site - and I have a problem with multiple emails being sent out when I use the Promotions / Campaign feature. I am now looking for a nopcommerce programmer to assist me - can you help me locate one?

I incorrectly stated V1.2 when I should have said V1.6. I am not sure if this helps or not in terms of finding a solution to the multiple emails being sent.
